I’ve always gone to posh for my nails, there was ups and downs to my nails this time unfortunately which made me super frustrated. i have an event this weekend so i’ll be out of town, made an appointment for the only time i could make it in after work and my hands don’t match 🙁 they’re similar but one hand is better than the other and i believe it’s because i had two different nail techs working on me at the same time so they could close. the polish is pretty but they don’t match so i’m bummed.

I had appointment for pedicure and acrylic set. I got shellac and They left my toes all messy and cut them way too short. Waited another 35-40 minutes for acrylic set while they attended other people, when I had appointment and was there first. I have given this place many tries. After today, I will not be back. I went in for a classic manicure after getting my acrylics off. This is how I left. They didn’t ask what nail shape I wanted so they gave me square and the edges were super sharp. As you can see, each nail is a different length and the tips aren’t even at all. They were still jagged from the original cut of taking off the acrylics. Then when my nail tech applied the clear coat, she didn’t wipe off any excess before applying it. She applied it in huge gobs, causing the polish itself to be uneven. I had to redo the whole manicure at work that same evening.

Critical: PunctualityI made an appt the week before and arrived on time. I checked in, picked out my polish color, and waited for 15 minutes before reminding the receptionist again that I had an appt. Then, she pulled me to the front of the salon and sat me in a chair, but no technician. I waited an hour after this, even though I had scheduled an appt. When a technician was available, he totally rushed through the nails that I had waited an hour for. He didn’t file them evenly, he didn’t put many coats of gel on my nails (I can see my plain nail under the polish), and he didn’t do my design very clean on my left hand. My right hand is perfect, but my left hand (important for engagement photos) looks horrible. He got polish on the wrong spot, out of place, and saw it. He quickly “tried” to remove the polish for about 1 second, then just put the gel over it. He clearly saw the blemish and didn’t even try to cover it up.
