On December 2nd, 2022 (currently December 4th, 2022), my significant other and I went to Posh Nails so that I could get Acrylic nails and he got a regular manicure. I am giving 3 ⭐️s because they failed to elaborate on what additions would cost prior to doing our nails; I was quoted 55$ for my nails over the phone and I asked if matte nails would cost anything extra, which they did not acknowledge until I went to pay after. The matte was an additional 5$. My significant other had planned to pay based on the 55$ I was quoted initially but I had to add the extra. It has only been 2 days and I’ve already got a chip in a nail. I do dishes and other chores and I was told these nails would not chip. I also have a couple of uneven spots on a few nails. He made sure to tell them that he needed something durable due to his type of work and what he works with but the polish he had done (matte black like mine) has already had chips come off. Adding a picture of my nails only as he is working.

She is the same way and very helpful. I never had a pedicure that was as relaxing. He also took his time doing my nails which was a first for me so that was sweet to. This place is great!! …if you schedule your appointment with the right person. They have maybe two people who work there who actually do a good job (I’ve been going to this salon for months). My hands are on display a lot for my job, so it’s very important to me that they look presentable, and this is the cleanest salon in the area which is why I go here.

Pretty unhappy with my nails. Surface is lumpy, and the polish doesn’t even cover my whole nail. Don’t have time to get it fixed either because I’m going on vacation. Also he didn’t cut my cuticles at all? My toes look okay but he cut my foot while he was removing callouses. Very disappointing, especially since I had heard such good things about this salon. Will not be coming back.

The customer service is great here. They squeezed me in. But the nail technician need to be trained better. I got a regular gel manicure and the technician did a horrible job. There are bubbles on my nails and the way she painted my nails was like a 4 year old. She filed my nails after putting the gel then used remover to clean it then put on the top coat. That made the gel look less glossy. Also while filing my nails she made me bleed on one finger. And this was 35 bucks! What? They asked if I wanted a pedicure – which I asked if they had time. But after seeing how horrible my nails came out I said no. And she was watching me as I was paying. The recommended tip was $6.30. I wanted to give her $4! Ended up giving her $5. Please train your technicians. Worst gel ever.

I can’t say enough good things about this place. My mom and I drive over an hour each way every 2-3 weeks because we love it here. It is very clean, they are always on time, you never have to wait if you have an appointment and the staff is extremely nice. They even offer you a quick back/shoulder massage while your nails are drying. We will never go to another place. If you have not been here yet, you’re missing out on a great experience!

Prompt, efficient service in a large, clean facility. Managed well, good staff and pleasant surroundings. My tech was Eschan (spelling?). He spoke very little, was polite and did an excellent Gel Manicure for $35. Will request him again whenever I’m in this area.

I’ve decided my 10yo daughter and I need more. mommy/daughter time and this is part of our self care regiment. I love this salon. They always make us feel comfortable. We always love our nails and it’s nice having technicians who actually listen to what you want and offer great advice when you’re unsure. Highly suggest them.
