Yesterday was our first time to this salon. My sister and me got pedicures and we were very happy with the results. They did not rush to finish even though it was close to their closing time. I came here on my birthday. When I first entered, the vibe was off but I was like I’m already here so I might as well just get my nails done. I originally wanted a certain nail design and when I texted them, they said they could do it but they didn’t give me a certain time that the nail tech that KNOWS how to do it would be available. So it was either wait 30 minutes for that nail tech to come in or pick a different nail design. I showed the receptionist the new nails I wanted and she said that someone could do it. The nail tech that I had had a weird vibe to her. She kept pulling my hands aggressively, pushing my hands, she even drilled into my nails way too hard and not even a sorry came out of her. After I left, the nail polish on my nails was coming off. There were nail polish all over my fingers. They didn’t even have the right base color I wanted. I called and they said I could come back and they would fix the nail polish but the nails look so bad already, it’s better to just take it off and go to another nail salon. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to go here, especially on a special day like your birthday.

this is my second time going to posh nail the first time I had Tony and I love what he did so that’s why came back. This time I had a different person I told her that I wanted my nails to be abnormally pointy I told her that three or four times. I asked for something and she told me that it wasn’t going to look good so she didn’t do it. And then the art she did isn’t very good the lines are squiggly if she couldn’t do the art she should have asked someone else to do it because when I saw Tony he did my nails and then someone else did the art. She made my nail bleed and I know she saw it because she wiped off the blood and then proceeded to still drill into that nail. I asked her to sharpen my nails three times and they just aren’t. The only thing I was specific about is that I wanted them to be weirdly pointy abnormally pointy I said those words multiple times and so after I asked you to sharpen them so many times I just felt like she wasn’t understanding so I just took what I had. she was really nice and the rest of my nails look good they’re straight and they’re not lumpy but they’re just not really at all what I wanted
