Horrible experience..let alone new in the area so I’m looking for a good nail person and I pay and tip good……for the price I payed for the dip powder and marble gray with rhinestones..the lady didn’t take her time she used all big stones on my real nails told her those are way to big for my nails..so she re did 2 of my fingers and she ask me to come back the next day after I get off work and be their at 6pm so she can redo the others ones that was way to big..so I said ok after I was their from 10-2..so I came back the next day she ask me to come back when they close at 7 cause she took a walk in I told her I’m not going to do that when I you had me to be their at 6 let alone I already have to get back up at 5am for work..I was so mad so I left she called my phone right when I pull up at home taking abt can you come back at 645 it won’t take long.. I told her don’t worry about I won’t be back.. my stones all cricket one nail shaved skinny why I don’t know..let me say this I did go to her the day before and ask her does anyone know how to do this style if not that’s ok I’ll find someone who does she swear up and down she does so I said ok made the appointment… nightmare and even charge more what she said..so I politely told her when she called me don’t worry about it never again..all I ask is don’t try nothing you never did before..apparently I’m not the first cause when I was their few people came back and said something wrong with their nails one lady said 2 of her nails was cricket another lady came with another complaint but nobody wants to rectify the issue customer have..so I would say think twice before you go their…they do have a new owner Lisa from top nails so hopefully she gets better workers in their that love with they do before they ruin her reputation…the little stones I had her redo but she didn’t bother to shape up either

I have been here before and never had an issue. However I went there the other day with a friend for a pedicure and manicure. We cancelled the pedicure and just got manicures. Asked for simple heart designs and they couldn’t so they just put stickers on. Told us that we were “too much”. I tried to go in to get my nails fixed as I have black stuff under the top coat on my nail and my design was messed up and they just gave $5 back for my design and that was it. Didn’t fix my nails told me they couldn’t. Pretty disappointed as I really enjoyed going there but I will not be returning.

Asked for coffin nails with simple design. Asked to fix design and she yelled at me you need to make up your mind. Ended up with the wrong color and no design and very thick and worst shape of my life. When I asked to get them redone they told me we can’t do design for you. Refused to refund me full amount when I was told they couldn’t do what I wanted.

Critical: ProfessionalismWorst pedicure ever. My daughter and I had appointments but they were understaffed. The guy doing my pedicure got up at least 7 times to attend to someone else. There was a woman getting a pedicure when we got there. We waited 15 mins for the appt. The guy rushed so much that the person that had been getting a manicure the 15 minutes while we waited was still having her pedicure. There was a woman getting a pedicure when we got there. We waited 15 mins for the appt. Walk-ins for 3 manicures ranging in age from 8 – 82. We had a very short wait. Service was excellent & friendly. Everyone was satisfied with their end results.

I do not recommend this place for gel or dip. Their staff is not properly trained. They used the drill way too hard and left deep indents in my fingernails. This is 2 weeks after they’ve grown out and the dip has been removed.

The people that were working were very confused a to what we wanted and told one of us they couldnt do what we asked for. The nail tech that has done my nails here is too aggressive and makes your nails hurt after doing them. Hes impatient & rushed through the whole process. Asked nicely for him to fix something & he continued by trying to tell me its fine/ prove me wrong. Im very unpleased by the way they did our nails. The picture and what i wanted looks nothing like i asked.

Definitely do not recommend. Went in for a full set there is a hair stuck in the paint of my nail the colors are not solid and the lines are not straight or smooth. Looks nothing like the reference photo I showed them.

They were so unprofessional and didn’t give me the nails I wanted. My nails also are very uneven and the thumbs have tiny holes on the side. The lady who did mine cut me multiple times and was very rough. Would not recommend!! Dip powder
