Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI have given this place 3 chances now before writing this. The first time, my manicure was so bad, they gave it to me for free because it looked awful. Second time here getting a manicure and they asked me how much I paid for my current manicure that was done at a different salon and when I told them the price he just copied it and said to pay that much today also. I didn’t argue and paid it. Now today, the final straw, I get a pedicure done. The description in the pedicure menu specifically mentioned a cooling gel followed my a hot oil soak. When the pedicure was over and I was asked to pay, I said that the services were never given. She immediately went and got someone else (I’m assuming the manager) who came out and tried to tell me that the oil soak wasn’t included. I had him get a menu and showed him what the description said. He then argued that the oil is included in the lotion they used. I asked about the cooling gel and he mumbled to himself and walked away. I waited 20 minutes and he never returned. I went to the counter to pay and he told someone to check me out. They said the total was still $41. I asked if they were going to take anything off since I didn’t receive the services described. He said no. I said fine I wasn’t going argue I just wouldn’t be returning to this salon. He said that was fine and still charged the full amount. NEVER go here.EDIT TO ADD: After receiving the below response from the “owner” I called the salon back this morning. The person I spoke to told me that he was the owner and he didn’t not respond to my review- it is computer generated and he will not be issuing me a refund.
