I’d started patronizing Posh before the Pandemic and never encountered an issue. However, after they reopened I’ve encountered more than enough issues with quality of service, customer service and inconsistent hours to have my opinion change greatly. After my last experience I will NEVER BE BACK. I went in on a Friday for a pedi and a gel manicure. I selected a deluxe pedi with paraffin wax. I can’t say i know the difference between their spa pedi and the deluxe pedi as i was charged extra for the paraffin wax. The lady who serviced me gave a satisfactory pedi however the polish was a horrible quality and she struggled to give me a clean application. They carry pretty decent brands like OPI but this polish was an off brand I’d never seen. The color was white and appeared to be the only white they had. It was streaky and just didn’t perform well. There was polish all over my skin and I had to guide her to clean my toes off even though she a better view of my feet… while getting my pedi another lady started my mani. She was heavy handed and in a rush to finish. She nicked my cuticle as well. By this point I was slightly annoyed. I move from the pedi chair to sit to have my mani completed. I had to clean up the blood from the nick. The lady was literally trying to complete a gel manicure with the blood in my cuticle. Completely UNSANITARY! It took them forever to understand the simple design I wanted. I had selected the color while sitting in the pedi chair but asked if they had something different. The color was showing up bronze but I wanted a true gold. By this time the manger was over helping the lady. She tells me “well this is the color you picked”. Yes, I was aware of that but was asking if you have other options. DEFENSIVE. She brings over more color swatches, ones I had not seen… So why was that statement necessary??? As I’m trying to explain the painfully simple design I want she’s condescending in correcting my choice of words. I am not a manicurist. I don’t do nails. Why are you correcting me, your customer??? You should be helping me. DEFENSIVE. The manger finally takes over and completes the job. By this time I’m past slightly annoyed. The amount of time these services took everything should have been perfect! They were NOT. I pay, leave and once I get home I see just how subpar the pedi was. Still polish all in my cuticles and on my skin and within 3 days its cracking, chipping and on one nail the polish had completely fallen off. For a $60 pedicure?? ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE!!! I call in to inform the owner of this and requested a repolish. I get there and sit down and she starts to remove the polish, which is essentially all my nails. Instantly she starts by saying she doesn’t remember me coming in. Mind you I’ve been patronizing this business for well over 3 years. Yes, I was there and it was YOU that did my nails. She states that she did not. How DISGUSTING! Implying I’m a liar and can’t even distinguish between you and your 2 other employees. I spent well over and hour and $100 in your business just a few days ago. I tell her the polish simply didn’t perform well and requested a different color because why would I want the same subpar polish??? She tells me I would have to pay… After spending $60 for a non gel pedicure and have the polish come off entirely not even after 3 days?!?!?! I made the decision to leave. ENOUGH WAS QUITE ENOUGH. As I’m expressing my complete dissatisfaction with the current and past experience she’s rebutting everything I say. The phone rings and she simply walks away while I’m still talking. Never again. I will not continue to spend my hard earned money somewhere where I’m not respected nor valued as customer.

The pedicure was substandard. It seemed like the nail technician was rushing.There was barely a foot massage for this overpriced service.The gel manicure came out well, but again, the hand/arm massage was lacking. If I could give 0 stars I would. I went in to get a new set of dip powder nails. The man who did my nails cut my cuticles with his machine. The dip had clumps when it dried on my nails. He buffed the powder down too low so there was barely any dip left on my nail. Then he put a layer of gel top coat on. Within 2 days my nails were cracked. When I called to come back in to get it fixed the person on the line said it would be no problem. When I get there no one has any clue about why I was there. Then the same man comes to “fix” the problem, he had an attitude and was rude. So I left not wanting him to do another horrible job or cut any more of my cuticles. I called back to see when the owner would be back, no one seemed to know the owners schedule.

When we first arrived there, the lady told us there were no nail techs in. She told us to come back at 3. We returned at 3 and she said “Oh, I didn’t think you were coming back”. You told us to come back at 3… She set us up to get pedicures and she began to work on my wife’s feet. I feel asleep. Another lady came in and got her feet done and I’m just sitting there. An hour and 15 minutes goes by and I’m still sitting in my chair with my feet out. She’s finishing up my wife’s feet and we ask her is she going to get to mine. She says “No I’m so sorry.” She knew she didn’t have enough staff and took us (well one of us anyway). A nail tech “didn’t show up”. I wouldn’t be this irate if she would have communicated this to me rather than have me sitting in a chair with my feet out for a whole hour. Talk about time wasted. They welcome walk-ins but it seems like you have to call before hand. This was suppose to be a couples thing that I surprised my wife with. It turned out to be me falling asleep in the chair next to her with my feet out. On top of that, my wife was also suppose to get a manicure. Ask me if that happened… The only reason I gave them a 1 star is because I couldn’t give them a zero. It was just terrible customer service and poor communication. Proceed with caution.

Hands down the best pedicure I’ve ever had … Madison was so detailed all of my future pedicures will be measured by this experience. Thank you for the care and fun my daughter and I had . They even stayed past closing but did not rush us at all we’ ll be back as my daughter goes to college north of here starting this Fall.

My daughter and I walked in and were able to get in for pedicures within 20 minutes. The woman who took care of me did a very good job. I’ve also stopped in to have gel polish removed, and that was done quickly and at a reasonable price.
