My tech spent the first 10 minutes trying to upsell me on additional services. And then, once I didn’t get anything more, it was the quickest mani/pedi I ever got, with everything else done in a slipshod manner. Leg or hand massage? Yeah, she barely put lotion on then rinsed it off. She clearly was trying to move on to the next sale. Less than 30 minutes total for a mani/pedi. Polish on my skin,cuticles not trimmed or even pushed back. Certainly wasn’t the experience we paid for, wouldn’t go back. Gotten better service everywhere I’ve ever gone.
