The salon is clean and I don’t have any fears about getting COVID while I’m there because of the plexiglass shields and mask policy. All of the technicians go above and beyond to make sure that each client is happy with the end result. Michelle holds herself and her employees to a high standard and they deliver every time! I’ve been coming to Posh Nail bar for over a year and a half and I am always impressed with the service and end result. The salon is clean and I don’t have any fears about getting COVID while I’m there because of the plexiglass shields and mask policy. All of the technicians go above and beyond to make sure that each client is happy with the end result. Michelle holds herself and her employees to a high standard and they deliver every time! I moved to Texas a little over a year ago. I went to EIGHT nail salons before I found Viva La Posh. Being a licensed cosmetologist I know what to expect as far as cleanliness standards and nail care. They definitely know what they’re doing here. I go to Khloe and I’m always happy with my nails. Michelle, the owner, did a great job with her nail salon. It’s so beautiful and I love that they offer a drink during your service. I will always come here!

This place is absolutely stunning! Not only that but the owner cares about the outcome of every customers service! When I went, I got acrylics and they have stayed on without peeling up or cracking. I would recommend this place 100%.

VERY UNPROFESSIONAL BUSINESS! These are the nails I received when I asked for something different. I showed her the image, questioned her on her perspective on the color and style, and even stopped her to tell there they’re not what I asked. She then continued to say “well the powder is already on, there not much I can do”. Not a “well I apologize” “sorry for the misunderstanding” NOTHING!. I also asked for a square round tip not a coffin or ballerina. I have wide nail beds so I don’t not like very narrow tips. I then continued to let it go and hope they would come out ok , even got a pedicure because I requested one in the beginning and everyone has to make their money. THEN ! When I decided to pay, she still tried to charge me for extra tip and the ombré all with an attitude on a service I DID NOT ASK FOR! I do not mind paying for the the services that were DESERVED but, as a business owner, if I see a customer is extremely disappointed with her results for a mistake I MADE I would definitely make sure to make up for it to keep that client for business and because it speaks on the business my location puts out in results! EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED! Will not be returning, hopefully the gentleman who did my pedicure got his tip.

They atmosphere is phenomenal….it’s sparkling clean and beautifully designed and decorated!! My am currently get a black pearl pedicure which so far is awesome….and they don’t use cheese graters!!! I just had my nails done for the first time at Posh!! Jennifer did an AMAZING job. They atmosphere is phenomenal….it’s sparkling clean and beautifully designed and decorated!! For every review you see, you should know there are probably 100+ happy customers who never thought twice about taking the time to review. I love all of the girls (and men) who work at this salon. They do EXCELLENT work. It’s. A beautiful place with the highest attention to detail I’ve ever experienced. Be kind with your words if you had a less than perfect experience. Attempt to talk it over with the management before running to google and yelp and hiding behind a computer with your nasty words. The management here wants to improve and listens to feedback. Critical: ProfessionalismCame here with my mom to get a pedicure and a full set for her. Once my toes were finished I asked for the sandals because my toes were still wet and the lady literally yelled saying no you don’t need it. I chose the $45 pedicure because that’s what I’ve always had gotten, well I got charged an extra $25 just for polish, and another $5 for removal for a small piece of polish that was left over from one toe. As far as my moms full set, she asked for a certain style she wanted they wouldn’t listen to her. They just laughed and ignored what she asked for. They charged her $55 for just a full set, another $10 for a shape (mind you she didn’t ask for anything specific for a shape), and then an extra $15 for a design for ONE NAIL. It was literally a line going across the nail. So total for just a full set and pedicure was $155. WILL NEVER BE BACK for the disrespectful people that work here and thought it was funny. This was the absolute worst experience ever. I was really excited to come and get my nails done with a friend and I asked for a certain shape and kept asking it I could go shorter or if it could me more round just to be told that this was all she can do. I asked for a certain design on my nails and she couldn’t do it, so I asked for a simpler design and it came out really messy with air bubbles still in my nails and not cleaned up around the edges. I left a good review before but after going 3 times I had to remove my review. At first this place was great. It was a really good first experience except for my daughter. She said her tech had an attitude with her after my daughter said thank you for doing her nails. The second time I went in at the time of my appointment and still had to wait 40 mins. The third time is when I drew the line. I called on a Tuesday and made an appointment for a Sunday. I cut my vacation short to come home early to go and get my nails done. When I got to the salon Michelle wasn’t there and no one could do my nails because they had a party. So Michelle calls me and says she doesn’t remember talking to me and wouldn’t have put me on the schedule because it was her sons birthday. So I had to wait a whole week before I could get back in. So here comes my next appointment and me and my daughter both had appointments at the same time but my daughter had to wait an hour. So Michelle made the comment that sanding my nails down was like sawing trees down. Um. Ok. Then her next client comes in and she rushes to finish me and there was a bump sticking up from the clear coat and she just took a file and filed it down. Didn’t put the clear coat back on. So I had to go around with it feeling horrible. The lady FINALLY finished with my daughter and I went and got my eye brows done. When we go to check out it was $145 for me to get a color change and refill and my daughter a new set. I don’t even spend that much when I get my hair done. So we are on our way home and Michelle calls and says she forgot to ring up my eyebrows. So you are telling me the $145 didn’t include my eyebrows?! So I am furious at this point and just give her my card number over the phone which I NEVER do. So we WONT back. It is too hard to get an appointment and my daughters nails started lifting and coming off 4 days later. Not impressed.
