My daughter has been here before and has been happy in the past, but this time she was very unhappy. She paid $77 for a full set, and two of her nails are very obviously crooked, & two of her nails are very obviously different lengths. She pointed these issues out to the tech, but she was ignored. She was very rude and rough with her. She doesn’t know her name, but she will definitely remember her face and will insist that she not do her nails in the future.

Never ever again. 1 week in and my dipped nails were chipping and my gel polish completely fell off of one toe. As you can see in the picture of my nails my pinky finger is already gone bc it was coming off in chunks randomly. It seemed great and high end walking in but it isn’t what it seems I guess. It was a first and definitely a last visit for us.

I didn’t realize I had showed up close to closing because Jennifer took such great care of me. I noticed others turning off their lights at the stations and leaving so I asked her if they closed soon! She said yes but I want you to have the perfect nail! And that’s exactly what she did! She fixed my broken nail, and shaped them beautifully where they had been done careless before! Thank you Jennifer! I will frequent you every time from now on!!!!

Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, ValueI went online and made an apt request for a pedicure and full acrylic set. I did not specify a tech bc I did not care who did the service. The apt was confirmed via text.I got there 5 min before my apt and started the pedicure shortly. It was good! I was then told that someone would be with me in a minute to do my nails. After 30 minutes I went up and asked the front desk person if she had any idea how much longer it would be on my nails. She told me that she did not know and that I needed to keep waiting until someone that knew how to do acrylic was available. I mentioned that I am in the beauty industry myself so I understand getting a little bit behind which is why I didn’t say anything sooner, but that it had already been 30 minutes, and I scheduled an appointment and had other engagements that day so I didn’t need to wait much longer. She then told me that it was my fault because I wanted acrylic and if I was OK with dip there would be more options of techs available to me. I showed her my appointment confirmation where I very much made it clear the week prior that I expected an acrylic full set and she still offered no apology or no explanation. I waited another 20 minutes and then asked to speak to the manager because I needed to leave because there was no way I would have time to get my nails done at this point before heading to another engagement, and I was told that there was no manager there that I could speak to and that I needed to be sure and pay $92 for the pedicure before I left. It was listed in the book as $72.I was offered no explanation as to why a confirmed appointment did not have someone available there to me that knew how to do the service listed in the confirmed appointment. When I said why did they confirm the appointment if no one can do acrylic- I was given no explanation. I was never apologized to, never offered a consolation discount or anything. It was a complete waste of my time and there was no regard for my time or for the fact that I did everything in my power to avoid such a situation.The front desk girl started out very cavalier about the fact that I had waited for so long and then when I pushed a little bit and asked for a manager she basically blamed me and said it was my fault because I wanted a full set (and not dip). Again when I made the appointment request I asked for a full set and pedicure. This is not a mistake nor is it a miscommunication because it was done via text so I am reading the appointment request and confirmation right now.My sister was with me. We both had 1045 apts. She got her nails done and had paid and exited the building before anyone had even offered to start my nails.Being in the beauty industry myself I have grace for some slight issues with time, but I am always apologetic and accommodating and own it if I have made a mistake or caused someone to wait. Lainey is awesome! She’s relatable and easy to talk to, and I always have such a good laugh with her and Windy when I go in. Her work is so pretty, and even when I come in with no idea what I want, I always leave with something fabulous. My only complaint is that they need to get a new radio station because I was there for a couple of hours (nails and lashes), and I heard the same song at least 4 times.

This was my first time in this place and I don’t think I will be returning. First I made an appt at 10 and it wasn’t until like 10:15 that I was called to sit on the pedicure chair. Was the point of an appt when you still have to wait 15 min in the lobby. Then I took my husband with me to try his very first pedicure. The girl that he got didn’t even greet him or talk to him at all through his pedicure. It even looked like she was very unhappy doing her job. The lady that I got cut my toe nails way to short that it made one of my toes bleed. And she charged me $20 more to put gel nail polish on my toes that now I look at them and my toe nails are not even painted all the way. To be honest I did not like my pedicure and the service was not very friendly either.
