I went here today with my mom and we had the worst pedicure ever. Customer service is non-existent. No one greeted us, introduced themselves or told us where to go. The first nail tech I had was rushing and was done with filing and cutting my nails in less than two minutes but my toes clearly needed more work. He applied the nail polish and top coat too fast so that it bubbled up. I also suddenly had another nail tech for the foot massage part. My mom’s nail tech cut her twice and didn’t even apologize for making her bleed. When our nail techs were done they just left without telling us that we were done. We waited for 30+min until we decided to just walk to the front. They charge 3% extra if you want to pay by card. Not sure if that is even allowed.

Absolutely awful experience. Nonexistent customer service, NO consideration for appointment times, shared used tools and no hand washing by techs, and very poor quality. Had an appointment for 545. In an attempt to prevent us from walking out, tech glued three nails on me after I had been waiting over an hour. Then left me to sit for another half hour plus. The tech was rough and sloppily rushed through, leaving me with multiple cuts and gel polish all over my hands. Worst salon I have ever been to.

I went in for a pedicure, worst pedicure I’ve ever had. Not only is the polish “textured” because they didn’t take the time to prep my toes, the color is not even and see through in some areas. I asked 3 times if the color would be “see-through” and if so, to do an additional coat. I got ignored the first 2 times and the last time was told, “I don’t know”. You’re supposed to be the professionals. Also, had 3 different techs work on me, zero communication or direction when entering the salon. I’m 9 months pregnant, I just wanted a relaxing experience. Customer service skills are very lacking, the nicest person was a male tech, the two female techs were cold and rude. Definitely will not be back.

Absolutely Fabulous as always. Been there several times now. Danny is my technician and remembers how I like things done, as far as fills and pedicures. I also get my brows done there too. Critical: Cleanliness, QualityI was here 2 weeks ago and received a manicure by some guy. I was not very impressed but left . I go to a different salon today and as they were taking my polish off they found FUNGUS. I was so upset. I am NOT happy because I wasted 55$ on a manicure for one nail to fall off after about 9 days and mold growing on my other finger . As far as the women go, I can’t speak for them. But definitely don’t get your nails done by the guys. I was so upset. I am NOT happy because I wasted 55$ on a manicure for one nail to fall off after about 9 days and mold growing on my other finger . As far as the women go, I can’t speak for them.
