My sister and I went to get full sets. The nails techs there were awesome and personable but the women at the desk were absolutely AWFUL. We made appointments and when we were halfway through our appointment she scolded us for not mentioning that we wanted designs because those are longer appointments?! She continued to rush both of our nail techs the entire time and shamed us for getting designs the rest of the time we were there. We were also upcharged for length, shape, and everything else they could think of. You should never spend $94 before tip for a full set. And the woman at the front rushed us through checkout and was completely rude to us from the very start. Don’t get me wrong, my nails look phenomenal, but we will not be back between the rudeness and the prices. In addition, the place was not sanitary and up to board standards. No new files, no sanitation of an instruments or anything.

Absolutely horrible they did my girlfriends nails terribly..charged me way more then I was suppose to be charged . Fudged her nails that didn’t even last a week . I prepaid and tipped before she went . They then charged her after the fact . Horrible business . I went to this place for my girlfriend because of the high reviews . Absolutely horrendous. Worst experience. Cost me money time and didn’t even get quality work. If you go here your glutton for punishment . I Will not be going back and would highly recommend searching else where . Found a place near by that’s cheaper , very kind and way better quality . I wish I could give less stars . Mind you I’m a very relaxed individual. For this company to take advantage and not keep business flowing speaks volumes .

A day later, I picked up my phone off the table and one nail just popped off. I called and they got me in the next day but made me pay to fix their mistake and she added a top coat that ruined the rest of my nails as well as applying the nail completely crooked. I called once again and requested a refund, they refused but said they would redo them. So I had to go back a third time for someone else to redo my nails. First I will start with the positives of my first experience at Posh. I was able to get in same day appointment. The salon was extreme clean and appealing. The techs were very friendly and only spoke English which was nice and welcoming. They also had a ton of gel polish colors and the front desk gal was very sweet and patient-making helpful suggestions. Now for my actual gel manicure- I walked out spending over $40 and the quality of work was just mediocre at best. I left for my honeymoon later that evening and 2 days later my polish was chipped and in general just appeared messy (see picture from day 2). I had to walk around for two weeks out of the area on my honeymoon with nails that got worse by the day. I got my nails done so they would last and look nice for such a special occasion, but ended up feeling disappointed and embarrassed. When I returned home I called Posh to ask how long their gel manicures typically last and was told on average 2 weeks- could be less if you are in a lot of water. I explained my situation, concern and I was in Alaska (so no water activity!) and called as soon as I was back in town. They offered for me to come get them fixed or to take gel off for me. I explained that due to my job I am not allowed to have gel and would be returning to work the next day so unfortunately that was not an option to do an immediate fix. Basically all I got from them after hearing about my concerns was “ok sorry.” Exceptional customer service would’ve been an apology and a gift certificate offer to “make it right” for your next big occasion.

I have had acrylic nails, fills and pedicures and all have been professionally done. The atmosphere is professional, yet casual enough that easy conversation can take place if you wish. I am always welcomed by name and find the staff to be very friendly.

I absolutely love Posh! I’ve been coming here for years and Sandy does such a great job with my nails, I’m admittedly a perfectionist and thankfully she is too lol. The atmosphere in there is always a fun yet relaxing one and the staff makes you feel welcomed. I’ve been getting my nails done for a very long time and out of the salons I’ve been a customer of, this is hands down my favorite one. 🙂

Rude and very unprofessional and I didn’t even step foot in the door. Called to cancel due to one of our party member getting into town late. Called to cancel and was told I would never be permitted to have services done there and was hung up on twice. Charged an outrageous cancellation fee. Rude and ignorant.
