I went before the holidays to get a removal and full set. I showed the tech what I wanted and he assure me he could do exactly what I asked for. I advised him not to cut my nail down which he didn’t, he filed them down. I am so mad. It took me forever to grow my nails out and this person practically destroyed them. My nails are filed down on the sides and look like points. The way my nail are is nothing like what I ask for. The next day the black start peeling because it didn’t cure and set. He just keep applying more and not letting it cure under the lamp in between applications. The nails are over my cuticles and that’s the reason for me getting the first set taken off. And when I told the tech I didn’t like it he got an attitude and start filing harder, he even drilled my cuticle several times. The nails are filed so sharp to a point I can’t do anything without stabbing or poking holes in everything. Please don’t let Leo do your nails. He is unprofessional all the way around. I hate if the shop on Bobby Jones is affiliated with this one. Bobby Jones does what is ask and these people rush you just to make a dollar. Worst experience ever

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI have utilized the services with my daughter on several occasions. It has gone from great to awful. I went in today for a fill & pedicure. First, my fill was rushed while I waited on my pedicure. The nail Polish I selected was gel 682, as you can see the nail polish was so oily/watery that it would not hold on my nails. It was dripping from the brush before he could even paint my nails. Once I felt it on my the bottom tips of my finger I asked him to stop and change the color. He then acknowledged that it was not a good Polish.Secondly, my foot was soaking so long that the water went from hot to Luke warm. I requested a 3 in 1 pedicure with gel polish. What I got was a rushed job and please look at what they call a hot wrap.When I questioned the young lady & told her this was not a hot wrap. Instead of her correcting it, she was dismissive. She said okay, then instructed me that I could get it the next time but was doing the basic. I’ve always left anywhere from $10-20 in tip money, depending on the service.Please note: They had 3 1/2 hours before closing and only a hand full of customers. My foot soaked longer than both my nails and pedicure took. Im so disappointed. It’s a roll of the dice if you go. I have utilized the services with my daughter on several occasions. It has gone from great to awful. I went in today for a fill & pedicure. First, my fill was rushed while I waited on my pedicure. I went in to get my nails removed the gentleman that greeted me was nice however when my nails were done the younger guy said ten dollars just before he was about to check me out the older gentleman yelled no and I was charged $16.50. My nails were removed and I only asked for clear polish to go back on them never again! Way to expensive for just removing my nails and adding a clear coat of polish and this was 10/1/22 at 2:40pm I won’t be back next time I will go to another location. I waited also a good 30 minutes before being serviced and then young guy that was doing my nails was rushing the whole time.

I will NEVER, EVER spend my money in this establishment EVER again after the way I was treated on Mother’s Day weekend. I went in to treat myself and my two lil girls to services for mother’s day. Firstly, they separated me and my girls and seated us in two areas across the hall from each other so that already ruined the experience. Once my pedicure was completed after waiting for at least 15 min to get started, I was left in warm towels for 20 min. I asked repeatedly for someone to complete my service. Many extra things were being added without my consent. Needless to say, I was not happy with any of the service provided as they treated me as if I was on the production line in a factory. When I got to the front and asked to see a breakdown of what I was being charged $200 for, the elder male owner at the front desk began to insult me and acted as if he could not understand what I was asking for. After much exhaustion of going back and forth with him, I told him that I will never return to his establishment again because of the way I was treated. He handled me as if I did not want to pay for my services when all I was asking for was a breakdown of what they were charging me for. Black people, stop spending your hard earned dollars in these establishments to be mistreated and disrespected. Oh and for the record, I am a multi state licensed Nail Technician and Esthetician; therefore, I know what should be done.

This last time I went they were SO pushy about gel polish, and the young guy that painted my nails and another lady’s nails next to me was very sloppy. The lady next to me kept saying her nails were rough and he just shrugged and brushed it off until she made him fix them. For mine you can see the stroke marks a bit, and again he was SO pushy about the gel polish and even went as far as getting his manager over to push me into getting gel polish. After that i decided to just do a very simple design on the accent nail instead of the more intricate design i originally wanted so i could just leave. I used to like this place when Kelly worked there, she was sweet and not pushy about anything extra. I will probably give them another try eventually, but not with that young guy. The pedicurist did a great job though! Though she asked if I wanted my eyebrows waxed and when i said “nah I dont need it done thanks” she said i did but other than that she was fine.

Ladies PLEASE SAVE YOUR MONEY and go Anywhere but here!! My daughter and I came to get our nails done and to spend some mother and daughter time together. First off they separated us PRETENDED to not understand English The lady at the desk #4 did my nails rushed through the whole process after everything was said and done my pinky nail was crooked, my polish was a mess then to add insult to injury four of my nails fell completely off in three days! I would Never spend another dollar at the place again. Not to mention there wasn’t a PRICE MENU!! Stay away from this place!!
