I have been there 3 times. First time was for highlights and a haircut. Took 2.5 hours. Way too much time. A year later I tried again with a different hairdresser for just a haircut and style. Had to wait about 10 minutes but really liked the stylist and was hopeful! Third time…arrived 5 minutes early for a 4:00 p.m appointment. Note on door said they were giving a pedicure in back so ring bell for service. I rang bell. No response. Heard phone ring several times. No one answered. Rang the bell again at 4:15. Still no response. Left at 4:22. Sigh…
