I set up an appointment with Shannon 9:15 am the owner of the hair salon, unfortunately due to traffic I was 15 min late to my appointment. First, I received no confirmation text message and second second of all she did not call nor text to confirm if I was going to make it to the appointment or Not. Apparently she books her clients back to back and her next appointment was 9:30 which technically she only had given me 15 min of her time to apply the hair color on my hair! I drove 45 min to your salon and you showed no interest in making things right and you had me speak with your “Assistant “ Instead!! I don’t understand the lack of professionalism! Honestly, this would have been my second time giving you a chance and both times I had a horrible experience! The first time I had my hair done and it was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had in years. They damaged my hair severely and they didn’t achieve the results I wanted! I wouldn’t suggest this place to anyone! Horrible service and very unprofessional!

Never get the service with Leesa, she did my hair like three time but the last time I have to cancel my appointment the same day and she want to charge 50% for the appointment, because she has a 24 hour policy. She never mentioned anything about a policy to me, I contact her and she really sounds rude to me. I will never get her service anymore. Ask about the cancellation policy before they provide the service.

This Is a brand new salon in my area. I made an appointment with a stylist named Lindsey Costa. I was referred by a friend. The salon is inviting, fresh and upbeat. Everyone that works there is very friendly and Lindsey did an amazing job on my hair. I will definitely be going back! I love all the goodies they serve to their customers too! Pellagrino, soda, wine and mimosas… What more can you ask for while relaxing getting pampered?

Didn’t even got to see the place in Christmas I had fallen on hard time a lady I know wanted to cheer me up my mother recently past away of cancer I was depressed sick with tyroids heavy medicated so someone didn’t know who gave me a certificate to posh I set a date all the days I wanted they didn’t have so I still a date they convinced me just do it it’s ok so on I got worst I forgot about it recently found it and I called Shannon geddis text me back with nothings but rudeness no class no education son literally she said you didn’t pay for it you didn’t come you lost it she threatened me mocked me so said that’s fine I’ll pray for you and God bless you I’ll call the shop she says I’m the owner what are you going to do wow!!! discussed it by her and her way of treating customer no management skills clearly someone has money and starting a business but no sense of how to run one
