Shayla was very professional and knowledgeable she was able to explain the procedure in details and what to expect during and after. Amazing service! I had gotten teardrop fillers from a different med spa several months ago. They were not properly injected so the fillers migrated and made me look older. Ashley (the nurse) dissolved the fillers correcting the issue. I feel and look so much better. i’ll definitely be visiting this mes spa again!

Not sure what it is but this place is very uninformed on their service, which is scary. I get 1 syringe of a certain product that is well known (Restylane Kysse) yearly and occasional lip flip touch up’s. My usual nurse is overbooked so I tried calling this spot and they were unaware of the price and lip filler brand. The receptionist was very confused and unaware of their services. I then DMed the Instagram for help, which they did. However, they kept stating it was best to come in for a consultation. I’m already aware of the product and how much I want; shutting me down with the “come in for a consultation” because they’re unaware of their services is not professional. Educate your team on your servies and products! I found other med spa’s that were completely professional and informed me about their service through the phone with no issue; and not a, “Just come in and talk to the nurse because I don’t know.”

Warning! This business has been closed for weeks and they say they are not in a rush to reopen. If they end up reopening and calling their clients to reschedule then maybe the rating will change. They say they have a list of clients to call, and I’ll be moved up, but it doesn’t sound real, one day I’m in the 2nd spot, the next I’m “all the way at the bottom”. Every week they promise they will open next week and will call you to reschedule in a few days. Every week is a broken promise. It’s been 2 months and I’ve yet to get a call. Quite unprofessional. They said they’re having problem with staffing. So even if they open, I’ll be wary with the quality.

You don’t ignore a client or use a poor excuse of your phone dying. Giving it two stars cause Linda did indeed do a great job on my injections.
