Critical: ProfessionalismI was very disappointed in my service. I was supposed to have semi permanent color, but it now seems that the color was permanent, I had a long uncut lock that looked like a rat tail in the back that I’ve apparently been walking around with for more than a month, and the worst part of all was the woman that did my hair spoke to someone else’s client more than she did to me even though I attempted to have a conversation with her or would be on her phone. I finally pulled my own phone out and stopped talking because she was so rude and unprofessional. Made me feel like I wasn’t worth her time. I was very disappointed in my service. I was supposed to have semi permanent color, but it now seems that the color was permanent, I had a long uncut lock that looked like a rat tail in the back that I’ve apparently been walking around with for more than a month, and the worst part of all was the woman that did my hair spoke to someone else’s client more than she did to me even though I attempted to have a conversation with her or would be on her phone.
