Awful service!!! I’ve been somewhat of a regular customer here for the past five years or so, but after my recent appointment with Michelle I’ll never be returning. I showed a picture of a balayage style I wanted and what she did came out not even close to how I requested. It was almost as if my requests had been ignored because it was taken in a whole different direction and even added things I didn’t ask for! Still having a hard time deciding whether the dyeing job or the color is the worst part. After showing two different hairdressers my hair they said it was clear that she hadn’t been trained for this and had no idea what she was doing. One was shocked she even left my hair in this condition! Because of my dissatisfaction with the outcome I tried calling back to set up an appointment to have it fixed, like most hair dressers would’ve offered in the first place, but she refused to even take me in at all. Attitude became very unprofessional as she began raising her voice since I was unhappy with her work. I found it ridiculous that a business owner would think it’s okay to treat her customers this way, especially after spending big money! Unfortunately I did not receive a refund for the terrible service that wasn’t fulfilled. After paying $105 for yellow hair and stripes on the top of my head and not getting my money back, I am very angry and will gladly never return back.

I moved to Rindge two weeks ago from over 1,000 miles away. My hair (and other things) had been neglected for quite a while. In other words, I needed some TLC. Erin was accommodating and helpful in choosing just the right color. I showed her a picture of the cut I wanted, and VOILA! The perfect cut and color.

Please disregard young, emotional and unreasonable reviews by someone who harassed our staffing and has been derogatory and dishonest in their reviews. POSH is my family and second home. Overly exaggerated and blatant untruthful reviews are easily over looked by our loyal POSH family, friends and patrons.
