Positive: Communication, Professionalism, QualityVisiting St Augustine last week I was in desperate need of a manicure. As I was walking down the street I noticed “Poseidon Spa” and decided to see if they could fit me in for a manicure. As I entered the very aesthetically pleasing and clean Spa I was greeted by a professional woman working the front desk. She was able to make an appointment for me at 12:00 noon. When I came back at 12:00 noon for my manicure, Lacey my manicurist, was ready to start my manicure immediately. She guided me back to her station which was very clean and organized. Lacey’s professionalism and skills were greatly appreciated by me. As I said my cuticles were in desperate need of attention and Lacey spent time and energy making them look beautiful. She then buffed my nails and put a light polish on and my manicure was perfect. As we were chatting during my manicure Lacey told me that she is also a licensed esthetician. The attention and detail that she paid to a manicure greatly impressed me and if I lived in your fair City I would definitely be back to experience more of Lacey’s skills. Visiting St Augustine last week I was in desperate need of a manicure. As I was walking down the street I noticed “Poseidon Spa” and decided to see if they could fit me in for a manicure. As I entered the very aesthetically pleasing and clean Spa I was greeted by a professional woman working the front desk. She was able to make an appointment for me at 12:00 noon. Critical: CommunicationMassage was excellent, but service fee included was not explained well- so of course I WAY over tipped on a crazy expensive treatment. Then the gel manicure and pedicure took 2 1-2 hours and was $170. My relaxation from the massage was gone because of the anxiety of a little better than average service taking so long; a way higher price than even a Ritz or st. Regis spa.There are many MANY better options. Then the gel manicure and pedicure took 2 1-2 hours and was $170. My relaxation from the massage was gone because of the anxiety of a little better than average service taking so long; a way higher price than even a Ritz or st. Regis spa.
