Victoria is kind, however because of Covid both my sister and I lost 2 sessions each (after both purchasing 3 packs). We came back to use them when everything opened back up, only to be charged for two more (3 pack) sessions each. She said she would look into restoring those lost sessions, however when I came to use them again, all 8 sessions (4 each) left were no longer in the computer. She said she would “do me a favor” and give me a session for “free.” It was not free, I paid for it, and I still had sessions left. I would go to a place that has updated computer systems, doesn’t lose all of your purchased sessions and doesn’t make you feel crazy for keeping records of your purchases.

It was the most terrible experience in my life! The staff is unbelievable rude. The machines didn’t work and I had to get of the room and claim that issue and they literally kicked me out. Even through the prices are so high their machines is super cheap and very unprofessional staff. Never ever go to them!

Out of any tanning spot in the city this place has the cleanest, newest facility with easily the friendliest and most accommodating staff possible. They take COVID precautions very seriously and their call-in appointment system is super quick and easy. Nice and clean place. Nice service. Place is tiny but very functional. As far as my experience in NYC with other places – this is a reasonably priced place for a clean and nice tannin salon. They have only one standing machine that is more or less modern (From my experience most of tanning equipment in most of salons in NYC are rather out of date). So for me it is the place of choice as it has a good balance of quality, price and functionality.

It’s very small but nice and clean and the woman at the desk was very friendly and helpful. I’m incredibly white and I got a sunburn a little while back that I wanted to try and neutralize… In addition to getting just a little bit of color! The standard 11 min tan was too long for me so she recommended 4 min in a stand-up tanning booth. Now I know how a rotisserie chicken would feel if it was still alive. Not for the claustrophobic!!! I got out after 3 min because I felt some warm tingling on my arms. Well see what happens tomorrow but overall it was a pretty good experience!
