I don’t usually write reviews, but my experience at Portofino was wonderful from the moment I walked in the door. The staff were very warm and friendly and made me feel comfortable from the get go. Everyone was very knowledgeable about all the different tanning machines and were able to suggest the best equipment for my needs and skin type. They were very careful to educate me on the dos and don’ts before using the machines, and stressed the importance of not tanning for too long in the beginning. I especially loved that they offered me free sunscreen for my face nice touch Portofino!

Trust me this is NOT going to be my last wonderful review on this place. I went for a full Brazilian and Maria was so friendly and skilled with their 100% honey wax formula. She was very knowledgeable on her expertise as well as all the other incredible services offered at the Portofino. She made me feel very comfortable. Luxury, talent and good customer service!
