This place was recommended by others in the area. I wanted to try it but when I stated what I wanted, the techs seemed confused as if they didn’t offer it. I asked for a price menu to see the services, and she said they didn’t have that. When I turned around, it was on the wall. When we got to the pedicure chair, she seemed even more delusional. I wouldn’t say it was a language barrier as this is the only shop that I’ve ever had that happen at.

Critical: Professionalism, QualityI was excited to try this place because of all the positive reviews and it’s close to home. However I went on a Saturday @10am just to be turned away by the owner/manager (only one there). I was the first one there and asked for a pedicure/full set. She told me sorry but the nail tech was out and wouldn’t be in today due to a funeral. I asked if no one was going to do nails today then and she just said no, sorry hunny you can come back another day. I guess no one was able to do pedicures either. Terrible customer service! I was excited to try this place because of all the positive reviews and it’s close to home. However I went on a Saturday @10am just to be turned away by the owner/manager (only one there). I was the first one there and asked for a pedicure/full set. She told me sorry but the nail tech was out and wouldn’t be in today due to a funeral.
