Went there today and had a wonderful experience! My nail technician was absolutely delightful and kind. I was never uncomfortable even though I’m not so great at small talk and often leave feeling awkward. I’ve also never loved a set of nails more! It’ll be hard to find anyone to match this expectation when I go back home!

This is the best salon I’ve ever been to (and believe me … I’ve tried a lot) . I am so impressed about all the care to detail and nice work they do here. Also very clean and friendly staff ! First design was done by Jasmine (Halloween) and second design was done by Vienna (Fall design with tree). The best ❤️

I have been going to this facility since 2020 because they offed a military discount. I always make an appointment, always on time and always leave no less than $10 or more tip. I get the same thing every time (french tips mani and pedicure). When the service is done I am given a price. I present my military ID so I can get the 10% discount and then give out my tips. The last 5 times I went to Popular Nails, the owner/manager asks me for $10 more dollars. She says “I am sorry, but our prices went up”, sorry ,the technician gave you the wrong price”….sorry, I am bad with math, it is $10 more”. They NEVER charge non military patrons the wrong price. BEWARE veterans and military customers!!!!!!

They are all so very sweet here, especially during these truing times (covid) they fir me and my sister in so fast even through we were walk ins and they were so efficient and fast. 10 outta 10 will be coming back.
