Made an appointment, walk in sit down. Then I realize the barber I made an appointment with just started a cut, I even made a point to show up 5 minutes early to not waist their time. Totally unprofessional and I didn’t have that much time to wait so after 45 min I had to leave and show up to my event without a haircut. 0/5 only go here if you want to make appointments and still wait more than 45 min.

Everyone is very friendly, accommodating and professional. I’ve been visiting this barber shop since they opened and all I can say are good things. Everyone is very friendly, accommodating and professional. I normally see the owner but have gone to several of the other barbers when I had a scheduling conflict and all of their haircutting abilities are awesome! His stories might be a little far fetched about how he once ate a 10lbs crab with his cat but I know it’s all in good fun and he always makes me laugh at his jokes. I had to find a new place to get a haircut and ended up trying Popular Demand. Place is very clean looking and has a good vibe. Aaron Bossano by chance had an opening that day which I’m glad he did. My previous place, I had been going to for years so I was nervous about having someone new cut my hair. I am happy to report that Aaron did a great job! Fast forward 8 months and Aaron is my go to guy. Plus he’s a master when it comes to beards. He helped me to get mine looking in tip top shape and to new lengths which I’ve never been able to do on my own. Got to say top notch work. Can’t recommend Aaron enough!

The best barbershop in CT hands down. Scheduled an appointment with Reggie (highly recommended from a friend) for my nephew’s hair. I’ve taken him to other places but he never leaves satisfied. Worst haircut ever. I told him EXACTLY what i wanted showed him a picture & everything. & he still messed it up . wasnt even at all had to go to another barber to get it fixed . WILL NEVER GO BACK AGAIN . i gave him a chance he did not understand the assignment i told him dont cut anything off the top he took it all down . Just by far the worst haircut ive ever had .

I had my first appointment with Aaron Bossano today and it will definitely not be my last. I went for my first ever beard sculpt and he knocked it out of the park. I’ve never trusted any other barber to touch my beard but Aaron assured me from the start that he would take care of everything.
