I’ve never had a facial before and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Emilea Was very thorough and asked a lot of questions about my skin, and more importantly she encourage me to ask questions. She was very gentle and explained each process that she was doing and why. Emilea at Poppy & Palm is AMAZING. My skin is extremely difficult to treat between acne, oil, dryness, early signs of aging, and the living in the desert climate. I’ve been to a million estheticians for help but Emilea has by far been the best. She takes time to learn about you and your skin and specifies her treatment as needed. She’s also so personable, warm, and funny! It’s hard to keep your face still and not laugh during your facial. Her hand massages are the best and you walk out of there feeling rejuvenated! I’m always excited to wake up the next day and see how amazing my skin looks! Oh, and her lash lifts/tints and brow tints are the BOMB!

Emilea really knows her stuff. If you just want a facial every now and then, fine. But if you want someone to really get to know your skin and make perfect product recommendations with things that actually work, this is your place! The product line she works with is literally life changing, and she uses it brilliantly.
