Critical: ProfessionalismSo I came to this place today needing to get my nails filled, I came in at 10 AM, right at opening and they were quick to assist me. I was enjoying the environment but the lady that did my nails filled my nails so hard she cut my fingers open with the file, I pulled away multiple times and she kept wiping away the blood from my two fingers and didn’t stop filing hard. She did exactly what I wanted with my nails but they were supposed to be coffin shape and they don’t look like coffins at all and they are all different shapes and sizes. I paid 45$ for the fill but honestly unsatisfied especially sense 5 hours later was putting my pants on and the gel on my thumb came halfway off so now it’s chipped. So I came to this place today needing to get my nails filled, I came in at 10 AM, right at opening and they were quick to assist me. Took a walk-in (me)with an under 10minute wait. My nails definitely needed some TLC. Proof in the photos how fantastic they did. Will definitely go back when in the area. $35 for gel on natural nails.

Just spent $60 to look like a child did my nails. This was my second visit but I will not be returning. Not only are they ALL misshapen, the lady, paying attention to her phone, filed straight thru my natural nail and ended up cutting it off and putting a tip on. They are very square when I came in with much longer, squoval nails. Very upset these were my bday nails but my natural nails were destroyed instead

Very sweet people. Great customer service! It was busy because it was Friday, but they handled everything well. No one waited longer than about 10-15 minutes before they were assigned a station. I had to go before I could get my pedicure, but I was very satisfied with my gel acrylic fill in. If I am ever in the area again, I will be back!

I have had my nails for about a week and already five have snapped off and lifted. Which has never happened before the last time I went they stayed on quite well. And the worst part is they snapped off while doing easy tasks that should never have happened. I went to go get a full set of acrylic gel nails and not only was the lady on her phone every five minutes but she was rough with my hand and overall seem to not being giving it her best ability. Very disappointed in my services today. Pedicure was quickly done and rushed when there wasn’t hardly anyone there (3 of the workers were just sitting in chairs). Polish on my toes is all over the skin and has bubbles in it. Picked the same color for my nails and toes- looks completely different. When the lady was doing my manicure she spent more time on her phone I think then doing my nails (texting and FaceTiming). She painted my thumb nail and when I put my nail under the light it went onto my skin… when I took it out she let out a huge *sigh* like it was my fault that I inconvenienced her and she had to start over. Very unhappy and probably won’t be back.
