Dana has styled my hair several times now. They were the best experiences I’ve ever had at a salon. She is very skilled at what she does, and I always feel great walking out. My hair has never looked better. Not only has she done a great job with my hair, but she is friendly and welcoming. Dana has a great sense of humor and is a lot of fun to talk to as well. I have continued going to her because she is awesome! Her prices are more than reasonable and her services are spot on!My last two visits I have done full highlights and haircut in addition to the Brazilian Blowout and my hair looks amazing. She listens to what I want and does exactly what I ask for. I wanted caramel highlights without any red coming through and she did a beautiful job. It is nice to get everything done in one visit. It is a long appointment but better than multiple visits for me and well worth the drive from Aurora.I love that it’s a small shop – only one client at a time and no distractions! Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueTerrible experience !!! Today I went to her for a root touch up!! After 3 hours of sitting in a chair I saw my roots and they were purple!? My scalp was irritated and burned. asked why, when I had asked for brown to match my hair.She then accused me of being rude for asking why my roots were purple instead of brown.
