Highly recommend these ladies!! I have a neurological disorder which makes it really hard for me to hold my eyebrows taught and they are VERY understanding and patient….they are also very soft-handed and had very little pain each time….eyebrows are done in private room…I will say that they prefer cash so if you happen to remember bring cash, but they do take cards

Goodness! I rating my wife’s experience and my own experience there! My wife went there to do threading and there it looks like the woman who did provide the service was in the mood of giving a lecture comparing conditions between her own experience here and in MENA during time she spent there! She was complaining how unfair she was treated there in these Muslim countries not been given nationality there while here she was treated fairly here in this Christian country! I was told by my wife so I decided to go inside to talk to her. I told her I sincerely don’t CARE if she is a Christian or a Muslim or a Buddhist or even an ashiest! My wife came to be provided with a service that she paid for. Your job was to provide this service… PERIOD! You should have never uttered the nonsense you mentioned while you where providing the service! AND the quality of the service was not good either! Management should do a better job choosing who they hire to work for them..

Grossly mismanaged. They take down appointments wrong. Even if you do decide to wait, they straight out lie about the number of people ahead of you.The person who does eyebrow threading is always different. I’ve experienced 4. Only one of them is actually good. Go somewhere else!!

After hearing lots of amazing reviews from my friends and neighbors, I decided to try this place out; however, I am sad to say that I disappointed. I waited a long time to get my brows done, which I did not mind too much since I just wanted them done well. Before starting, I showed a reference photo of my arch and thickness to depict how I usually get my brows. When they were done, I was surprised to barely even see the arch that I depicted AND my eyebrows were wayyyyy too thin!!! I thought this could not get any worse, but I was mistaken as I saw a few cuts above my brow from the threading.

Absolutely amazing!! I would recommend her to all of my friends, she always leaves me feeling so pretty. I specifically remember one time where a girl came in with an unfortunate situation. She went to another eyebrow lady that completely messed up her brows, but after a few minutes with Pooza she made them beautiful. Likes to communicate with her clients as well, would go again 100/10

I’ve finally found the right person to do my eyebrows. This is actually my first experience with threading, as I’ve been waxing for years. I’ve been getting my eyebrows threaded with Pooja for a couple of months and don’t see myself going anywhere else. She explains the process and is professional every time.
