I’m not sure where to start with explaining my experience with Ms. Debbie. Her professionalism and knowledge of the products is exceptional. Coming to my home to provide the service was definitely not an issue for her. She explained in detail how the products will address my issues. She went over and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. She submitted my order on her laptop with my debit card information, then an issue occurred which prompted her to contacted a DoTerra Customer Service Rep immediately. She was told my order had not been received but my account showed the money was taken and waiting for DoTerra to retrieve it. This was an inconvenience because I had another engagement. The Customer Service Representative had to re-create the account due to a system error. Ms. Debbie asked the Rep to give me points for my next order and the Rep stated, she will give me 20 points “. Ms Debbie as for the most I could POSSIBLY receive for the inconvenience? The Rep said 50 is the most. She my client will take that. Oh… I felt very comfortable with her. My order was resubmitted today and everything was processed. Thank you so much Ms. Debbie.
