I also really enjoyed how knowledgeable she is, and how she took her time to explain everything to me. I am looking forward to getting more massages with her and also taking her movement class!

Critical: CommunicationEven though she requires customers to pay the cost of their massage if they cancel with less than 24 hours she can cancel your appointments without any considerations or concerns. I was a regular customer until she canceled two of my appointments back-to-back. The first time I received a text around 8pm Friday canceling my 8am Saturday morning appointment. For that cancellation she said she had a family emergency and told me I could reschedule myself if I wanted to. For a family emergency it’s understandable. So I rescheduled for the following Saturday at 815am. Saturday comes, I waiting in the parking because the doors are locked and at 818am I sent her a text (from the # she used to cancel my last appointment). Her exact response was “I sent you a text yesterday stating that I had to close the office because they are paving. I must have texted the wrong number .” Then she sent me a screenshot of the text she sent to someone (which again had I received it would have been another less than 24hr cancellation notice). I found it very upsetting given that she was able to get a hold of me just fine to cancel my last appointment and I was sitting in the exact parking lot that was supposedly getting paved. Nothing was roped off, there was no construction equipment, no sign that paving was about to take place. She never apologized, she never offered a discount for reschedule, she had a complete lack of concern for my inconveniences and frustration. She can charge you for canceling late but holds herself to much lower standards for her customers. I WAS a regular I never canceled less than 24hrs.
