HORRIBLE. I wish I would have looked at the reviews before coming. I cannot believe how terrible my eyebrows look. I grew my eyebrows fully to get them done and the lady threaded them straight across. No shape, no arch, nothing. DO NOT GO HERE!!!! I am literally in tears at how ugly I look. I’m going to post a picture of their work compared to when I get my eyebrows waxed. And when I explained to the lady how unsatisfied I was she basically blamed the shape of my eyebrows even though I showed her pictures of how perfect my eyebrows have been when I went to other places.

I have not done my eye brows in about two months so it was full and perfect to get a perfect shape and trim. But no instead they made my eye brows so thin that it’s irritating my skin of how much they had to take out. It was not that bad all I needed a trim to have it’s own shape. Instead they reshaped it so thin they are uneven as well

I’ve been getting my eyebrows done by her for years, ever since she was at LA beauty Salon on Main Street, so she does pretty good work for the most part. However I was forced to learn how to do my own eyebrows because I got tired and frustrated with chasing her every time I want my eyebrows done. She has become very unreliable and unprofessional over the years. Her business hours on the door are up to her discretion, she may or may not actually be open. Then you’re lucky if you even find a parking space in that busy congested area that her shop moved to. If you call/text or dm to make an appointment (as she prefers) you may or may not get a response… sometimes it takes days or you just never hear back at all. I find it very hard to be pleasant when doing business with her now because of all I have to endure just to get my brows done so I’m shopping for a new professional, until then I’ll be diy waxing.

I usually only leave a review if service was proved, BUT advertising the correct information is important. Call before you go, as when I arrived as a walk-in the doors were locked up tight; according to google they should have been open . This inconveniences people because if a business is advertized as open until a certain time, it should be open upon arrival.

DO NOT COME HERE! The lady I typically go to was not in so I decided to try this place out since it had 5 stars. My eyebrows were thick and beautiful after leaving here they were so thin and uneven. I have never cried this much about my eye brows she completely destroyed them! I cant explain how much i regret coming to this place! I do not understand how they have 5 stars! Super misleading!
