A lot of breakage following being serviced here also my hair looks and feels as if they put a relaxer in it. I went about 2 weeks ago I’m not washing my hair and it smells like sulfur or some chemical. I brought my own shampoo and conditioner but was asked if I wanted to deep condition and heard her pumping their products that sit behind the wash bowl. I won’t be back

I waited 45 minutes to see Blanca for a wash and blowout and a hair cut. She put one roller in my hair and a few different people proceeded to set my hair, cut and blow it out. While they didn’t do a bad job, I wouldn’t have waited 45 minutes if she couldn’t do my hair. She wasn’t even professional enough to give me the option of waiting until she was finished with her current client who came in after I did. And this was while I was planning to leave her a huge tip because I was very concerned about the cut of my hair which ended up being fine but was not at all what I wanted. So disappointed but it’s her loss.

I went to Blanca like most of the reviews advised. My hair seemed to be done well but I didn’t check my roots. Before I left I wrapped my hair in a scarf to protect and it wasn’t hot so I didn’t sweat it out. I was burned plenty of times and HE said “when u leave the review don’t tell anyone I burned you.” This morning I texted Blanca to ask for a root touch up and I was told $12 I just got it done yesterday why would i need to spend 12? If u did a good job my roots would be straight. I won’t go back because HE was so unprofessional with making sure that my hair wasn’t trash THE NEXT DAY
