I love Pono Wellness Spa! I have a back injury that flares up now and again. Every time I go in for a massage I am impressed with the knowledge and attention to detail I get during the massage. Everyone I have gone to has always been intent on helping me feel better. They ask questions about my injury and listen to my answers. I always feel better when I leave. I have been going here for a few yrs without incident. Last appointment with 24hrs I started having back pain. Had to go to the ER and have an MRI. I have a herniated disc and nerve impingement. Lots of pain and now possible surgery. Therapist was pretty rough and twisted and stretched me a bit too much.
