After 2 weeks of packing and relocating to South Florida needless to say my shoulders were in knots and needed a hammer-:) Decided to try this spa and was able to get an appointment within the hour. Lucy did not disappoint! My first time having a Ashiatsu massage and it was incredible. Didn’t like having to pay the $5 fee to use a card but I was told up front of the cost and I didn’t have cash on hand.

I’ve been to this place quite a few times now and it’s just been excellent every time. The atmosphere is nice and inviting.. The masseuse is incredible. She knows just the right amount of pressure to use. I had a neck problem that months of physical therapy and chiropractors couldn’t solve. She somehow found some knots in my back and worked them out and now I feel good as new.

I returned to this business to see if it was as good as the last time and it was even better. The massage was absolutely excellent but the best part was how nice the therapist is. She has a very genuine smile and nice personality…..the hour was actually 60 minutes and there was none of that stupid arguing over tip that lots of places do…..a very good experience. I will be back….I give it 100 stars !!!

This place was not very inviting. They only want you to pay in cash, prior to any services taking place, and if you don’t have cash, they walk you around to an ATM machine to get cash out. If you want to pay with a credit card, there is a $10.00 surcharge. I asked if they offered a foot massage and she said no and kept referring to the full body massage. The massage therapist took two phone calls during my 60-minute massage plus talked to me throughout the entire massage. It was not relaxing at all. After the massage was over, she left the room so I could change. Upon opening the door to exit the room, the massage therapist was standing outside my door asking me if I was going to tip her. I planned on tipping at the reception desk but she kept following behind me asking me if I was going to give her a tip. It was so awkward and uncomfortable that I just left. I will not be back.

I booked a couples 15 min foot massage and a couples 1 hr body massage for my husband and I for today (Valentine’s Day weekend). We arrived 15 mins early. We received our foot massage. After about 25 mins into the body massage, my massage therapist left the room without saying anything. Tracie continued to massage my husband. I waited about 15 mins while my therapist was talking to a walk-in wanting a massage. I finally had enough, got up and got dressed. I instructed Tracie to continue working on my husband. I then waited in the lobby for my husbands massage to end. I was told it was only these two working. No one was there to watch the front desk. The owner was not there. ANY spa owner knows that Valentine’s Day weekend is one of, if not the busiest weekend of the year. I even heard one of the ladies saying they had four couples massages booked for today. I do not blame them; I blame the owner. I have been to several places for massage in my life and this was by far the worst experience I had. Also, the pricing on the website does not show that you will be charged an extra five dollars for using a credit card instead of paying for cash. My husband was very pleased with his massage which I am glad of, but we will not be returning. The ladies were very apologetic and genuinely seemed upset about the situation themselves. If the owner sees this review, you’re more than welcome to give me a call to discuss what happened, but my suggestion would be to ensure you have full staff on site to serve your customers without disruption.
