I always look forward to my appointment because I know my hair will look its best when Lisa colors and styles it. I got such a cute haircut from Anna at this salon. I was especially grateful since I am a muslim, it’s hard to find a salon that offers a private room or curtains for privacy, and even though they didn’t have a set up room, she offered to cut my hair in the backroom and did such a wonderful job. I have been going to this salon for 15 years! After Nancy retired 3 years ago, Margo has been doing my hair and she is amazing! From color to highlights to cuts and styles I have always left there extremely happy. I can’t tell you how many times I have been stopped at a store and told how great my hair looks from strangers! When Margo was unavailable, I went to Elaine who is awesome as well! You cannot go wrong at this salon!

Came in that day to see about making an appointment and they could take me right then and there, I had Angela and she did an AMAZING job. My hair came out even better than I pictured it in my head I was so happy with how it turned out! She was so thorough, making sure she didn’t leave my hair in the foils too long so it wouldn’t over process. I told her I wanted to keep the length of my hair when she trimmed it and she did just that. Trimmed exactly what I wanted it off. So very pleased with my experience and will be back to have her do more to my hair. Came in that day to see about making an appointment and they could take me right then and there, I had Angela and she did an AMAZING job. Mimi was great, she gave me some great tips on my hair! Not only did she blow dry my hair, but also used a straightener to smooth down my hair with no additional cost. Highly recommend her to everyone. Place was very friendly too. Will be back again!

Today was my first day at Pompadour Hair Salon. Mimi was my stylist & did a great job. I was definitely happy with the outcome. However, what I was expecting to pay, was not what I was charged. I have NEVER heard of a Salon charging $30.00 to blow dry your hair. That has always been a part of the service. How would one know the outcome of their hair if it wasn’t blow dried? I also think that if you’re going to charge to style someone’s hair, maybe you should inform them first. Had I known, I would have just walked out the salon with wet hair and prayed it came out well. Also, if you’re going to apply treatment to someone’s hair, you should probably confirm that it is an additional cost, and how much it is. I was charged an additional $65.00 more than what I had expected. I went to them because the Salon I typically go to that only has two stylist that specialize in blonde hair are always extremely booked and their prices were getting ridiculous too. However, what I thought would be cheaper, ended up being way more then I expected. Unfortunately because of that additional $65.00, I wasn’t able to tip my stylist.
