I’m very pleased with my hair stylist Stephanie. It was my first time at POMP and Stephanie took very good care of my hair. I went to POMP Salon because I had a bad hair bleaching at home and my hair were pretty much fried/shredding bad. Stephanie gave me a bob cut to get rid of the fried hair and then she did a gloss dye. My hair came back 100% like how I wanted (healthy). I walked out of POMP happy because Stephanie was patience and did an amazing job on my hair. Now I know where to go when I need a hairdo.

Called for an appointment with Nataly and was told she was busy with another client doing a coloring, so he gave me her cellphone number and I left a message. Needless to say, she never bothered to return my call. This place has poor customer service because this isn’t the first time this place has blown me off; the only reason I called for an appointment with is Nataly chick is because I was recommended by Artesian health food worker. Tacky, unprofessional!

I have my hair done by Kim I’ve known Kim for over 20 years. You won’t find somebody so dedicated to her craft. Or friendly!!!!! I use to have my hair cut down town at Rose Barber Shop.
