I got my nails done 4 days ago and all of them are already chipping. I called to see if they could fix them and they said yes.. I drove over and she said I would have to come back because they are too busy. These people have zero customer service and are very rude. I wouldn’t recommend this place because they use old powder and won’t help you if they make a mistake.

Did a walkin waxing, pedicure and manicure. I was greeted by an amazing and welcoming staff. Jennifer was a wonderful and social specialist who took care of all my pampering. It was heaven. She did such an amazing job on all aspects. Very meticulous and precise. My pedicure was so relaxing as well as my manicure. The waxing was spectacular everything was so clean and smooth. This is the second time I have visited this establishment and the customer service and service is horrible. My nails have cracked after less than a week and because it was rushed. After sitting down my tech said absolutely nothing to me. While every around me was asked about drinks and just regular conversation and this wasnt even peak time. Never again

Prompt, thorough service. A little bit of a language barrier kept us from being able to get what I was hoping for in a nail design, despite the use of pictures to assist…I wanted a July 4th pedicure design, with red/white/blue or flag/star type accent, a little splurge for myself, something different because it’s also my birthday….what I received was plain red polished nails. That said, the collagen pedicure was super nice, and my feet and toes feel and look great, even if they’re not terribly patriotic.

I’ll never come back here again. The nail tech Mimi was very rude and proceeded to aggressively hand me the file when I told her about my crooked nail. She kept telling my nail was like that already. I came in with very square nails and had them shaped to coffin. I watched her use the drill to create the uneven coffin shape. This was my first and last time here. She told me she wasn’t being rude some customers will do it themselves. That’s what the hell am I paying you for? My nails are different shapes of coffin.
