I was very satisfied with my care and treatment from the doctor but I do need to mention his nurse assistant was very rude and cold. She didn’t greet me or respond to my good afternoon greeting. she just steared at me. Then once we were in the patient /room she proceeded to ask me questions and before I could finish answering she would ask another question literally cutting me off mid answer. She definitely needs CPR training and a refresher on dealing with and communicating with people and patients.

Dennis was very very nice. His assistant was very nice. Had a problem with my prescription and Haley got right on it and fixed it. The whole visit was very good and I would recommend you to come and see these people. The ladies up front will get you scheduled and handle everything. Good experience hands down.

The staff has been friendly. Check in was smooth. But if my 6 year old appointment is at 345 and I’ve already completed the registration prior to the visit why am I in the lobby for almost an hour before being seen. What is the purpose of an appointment time when We have ti sit here and be treated as a walk in ? Hopefully the service is worth the wait but as of right now My son and myself is very much agitated.

I had been to three other doctors for my problem and no one could figure out what was wrong but Dr. Dennis Polley took a look at me checked my skin and knew right away what the problem was. I really liked him and his assistant I believe her name was Julia was also very efficient and friendly. Great place!!! I feel as if I am in good hands.

This place is great, coming from someone who can’t stand medical places. I’ve talked with multiple receptionists, and each time they are perfectly pleasant and notably efficient compared to other doctors offices (and they don’t make insurance/payment painful like other places). Doctor/nurse both communicate clearly. They gave me an accurate diagnosis and treatment the first time (after two other doctors failed) and my skin is revived!

I would recommend this Clinic to anyone who has problems with their skin. The staff are great and professional. The Doctor himself is so kind, gentle and show concern and makes sure you’re comfortable and most of all….He is very careful an aware of this virus that’s going on and he wears his mask and HE LISTENS….. I’ve been seeing this dermatologist for years from Goldsboro to Fayetteville North Carolina and I won’t dare think to go to any other dermatologist not anywhere else ever no time soon. That’s my my truth and I’m sticking to it….
