I am a black male and went with my wife for a pedicure. I had put a tip on my big toenail which had overgrown and I wanted replaced. The lady looked at it and told me to go to a doctor. We tried explaining that it was not fungus but she was wouldn’t hear any of it. We asked her to do all the the 9 toes then but she just packed her supplies and left. I felt discriminated and humiliated. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anybody.

Hello people. My name is Crystal, and I already wrote a short review before but wanted to write another one to warn people to please avoid this place at all costs. Do not waste your money here. When I was 17, I decided to save up Christmas money to get my nails done for the very first time. I saw their photos on Instagram and thought hey this place looked neat. I was really excited and super nervous but wanted to do it, because I wanted to look pretty for myself. But, I would soon realize I should have researched more. Because, I was young I was discriminated. I’m also Asian so that could also be another reason. I was asked to pay before my nails were painted. The Latina lady who did my nails had dried blonde hair. I hope she was fired. She cut my skin, and literally said it is okay. Then proceeded to put some weird liquid on my cut that stung. She did not apologize to me for any discomfort and remained mute the whole time she was doing my nails. I was looking at the TV they had because I did not want to be rude and stare at her do my nails. But, when I was older I realized that is not being rude you’re paying for top notch service, so she better do her job right or she should not be paid. She also kept talking with her co workers and did I mention she didn’t even say hi to me when she saw me she just looked at me and walked away which made me feel uneasy but that’s why the experience was so rotten. When, she was done painting my nails, a Latina girl came to get her nails done. She literally moved seats to do her nails and immediately started speaking to her so sweetly and I was like why did she have to treat me like garbage like how can another human be so cruel and nasty . . ? , Also, the store owner was gossiping about her sister saying how she was the prettier one and just being an ugly person. I had to pay $55 for the worst service I have ever had and I have to hear this fat lady talk trash about her sister like no thank you. I advise you to just do your own nails and stop wasting your money letting other people with obviously no skills in the communication or nail department rob you. When, I was leaving no one even said good bye or have a nice day. I was just so shocked and disgusted by how they could treat a 17 year old kid this way. Like, how would they treat a disabled person . . ? Probably refuse service or rob them of every penny. I hate people like this and I hope by our review and our power as a community that we can shut this nasty business down. I haven’t been able to go near this place. There is a Ralph’s near by and I always get the nastiest feeling, remembering what I went through. People will die for money so I wouldn’t be surprised by this place getting shut down for abusing customers.

This place is a joke. I came here and asked for a specific acrylic set and the lady refused to do it and gave me the excuse that it would cost more. I did not care about the price, I just wanted that design. Instead of doing the nail design I asked for, she went with whatever she wanted. That isn’t even the worst part. She did the most basic design ever and charged me $130 for it. I’ve been to better salons who have done an amazing job on my nails and they charge a reasonable price.

I’m upset but I guess I just won’t go back. I had to come back and edit my review because it won’t let me just add another one. So i did my toes the first time right. They came out good. No acrylic just had to get them cleaned out. I decided to come back to do my nails last week. This is what happens! After three days of having them one falls off. I haven’t had the “time” or nerve to go back. But this has never ever happen to me with nails that I’ve paid 30$ for. I paid 55$ +5$ tip. She had to redo my nail which took up more time. Over priced. The women that work there are random women that just show up if someone else doesn’t. So if your lucky enough to get someone there that is good you would have to make an appointment in order to see her again.

Horrible. Overcharged and gel lifted the same day. It’s not a good place for gel nails or gel pedicure. The products used aren’t up to par and the pics on their IG etc are mainly acrylic. Only 1-2 techs can do acrylic and the gel is horrible. Save your money and your time sis. I tipped 20% was still over charged and my nails look horrible the next day. Sloppy job.
