The gel’s quality is so bad. I did the gel in the morning and in the afternoon, my nail got chipped. The next day, 5 out of the 10 nails got chipped badly. Since I am traveling on my vacation, I can’t go back there to complain and asked them to redo my nail again. This is the second time it happened. i will not come back here ever again.

Gel mani didn’t even last a week before it started chipping off. Not to mention management/front desk is rude, horrible manners and horrible customer service. Their check in process is horrible and unorganized. Definitely will not be returning, ive had a few issues in the past but nothing like this situation. The best nail salon in Lynwood. The quality of service is so much better than any other place I’ve tried. They really put a lot of effort into their work. I always leave the salon with very pretty nails and the gel lasts me 5 weeks! My nails have never been in such a good shape as when I started going here. Really recommend.

Horrible experience. once we agreed upon the cutting of the nail the guy proceeds to file and my nails just got shorter and shorter from there. I asked for long he cut them medium semi long and I walked out with short office nails. I’ll never come back. When I went to pay he wrote one price on the ticket got to the front to pay and it was a whole nother price. It’s a no for me. I could literally cry at the horrible service I received. To top it off he offered a free design because he know he messed up and made my nails look even more horrible. Just ewww. I literally tried to take my nails off with 30 minutes of walking out the nail shop.

Horrible service the nail tech dig into my nail so deep that she made a hole. It hurts like hell, and they still have the nerve to charge 35 for gel pedi. All my nails were jagged and not colored well. Never ever again.

The two ladies were nice who had attended me. But it has not been a week of having these gel nails and they are chipped so soon $50 for Gel Mani and Regular Pedi. Totally not worth the price I think
