Worst salon experience of my life. Took my teenager to have some mother daughter time. And ended up in pain the whole time because this make tech cut my pinky toenail in HALF! so painful and bleeding. They gave me 15 percent off and wanted to glue my toe meat back together (I declined). I’ll never go back! DO NOT GO HERE. They Insisted I cover with polish. Wish I could show the bruising under my nail. It’s split to about halfway down nail.

I have used gel everywhere i have gotten my nails done in the past. Today at Polished my I got gel when she was done my nails are sticky, dull and have dents in them! They tried rubbing with alcohol did not work… their solution.. they will redo the ones that are messed up which is both hands or give me a 15% discount! Horrible horrible

My family member needed a manicure and a pedicure. Normally I would send her to the Vann Drive location (BEST SERVICE IN JACKSON, TN) however they were booked at the time my family needed the appointment. I called the Union University location, booked an appointment for the next day. The Receptionist was very helpful, kind and respectful. Greatly appreciated. However, the services that were rendered did not uphold the Polished name. My families nails were not properly manicured, nor was the pedicure. The artwork was pretty but the grooming and neatness of the nails was horrible. I was highly disappointed…not only was it poor service but the price was ridiculous.

I’ve had manicures since I was 15 and old enough to work. Things have changed immensely, including where I live, all over the country, even on tropical islands. Who knew I’d find the best spot in little Jackson, TN? Going on my seventh year with these folks! Tina and her husband run a solid business with top of the line manicurists. It’s tough these days running an independent shop. Like anything, it can’t always be perfect, but her place sure does come close! Thank you for always being great, reliable, and caring! Happy Lunar New Year, y’all!

Since moving here I’ve been coming to this salon for nails/ pedicures. For the most part I’ve not had any issues with the services and people, most of the staff is friendly, others not so much. However I went in for a fill because 3 nails had fell off since my last appointment. I go to check out and the price was higher then what was expected/ scheduled for, so I called back in to see what I was charged for. Then they proceeded to tell me I was charged for a full set and additional to take my other nails off. This was never discussed nor agreed upon. There was no reason to take off all nails because 3 were missing. There was no explanation given and they were just rude about it after I asked. It was just very shady, very rude. Save your time and money. This is the last time I will be coming here after this experience. They made it apparent they don’t care about their clients, just very poor customer service.
