It is incredibly slow here even with an appointment, but my main problem is you never know the quality of service you’re going to get. I have had a wonderful nail tech there before. However, I have had an disgruntled and argumentative nail tech twice now…I am unsure if I would go again unless I am in a pinch.

I made pedicure appointments for me and two of my friends at the downtown Polished Salon about a month in advance. We got there 10 minutes early, but they didn’t get to us until about 45 minutes after our appointments were scheduled to start. I was especially annoyed that our appointments weren’t respected because it was the day before my wedding, and I still had a lot of wedding-related things to do; I spent a lot of time waiting around in the salon, and that was very frustrating.

First time client. The Service was good & they make your feet feel happy & relaxed. But at the end they just left me sitting there not knowing what to do. And since it was my first time ever getting a pedicure i didnt know what to do. They didn’t offer me a drink, like they advertised, but they offered my daughter one atleast. They also didnt offer me to become a VIP member, which disappointed me bc they offered it to the other girls that checked out…just saying if they had of treated me better at the end they would have gotten 5 stars, high praises & recommendations!

I will never go back to Polished. I had a 1:00 appointment, wasn’t seated until 1:50, and didn’t have a technician until 2:30. Their prices are also excessive for very little service. Their basic $30 pedicure doesn’t come with even a cuticle clipping. They also didn’t exfoliate my legs, give a basic massage, or apply lotion. They rubbed my legs with cuticle oil instead of lotion. It was pitiful and not well done. I was incredibly dissapointed as I was using their service before going out for my wedding anniversary, and pedicures in general are something I do as a special treat once every 6 months or so.
