My 10 year old daughter has been to about 3 other salons in the area and all of them tend to be too rough on her cuticles. She has spent the last two years growing her nails out after being a nail biter. This was the first salon she told me she loved! They were so gentle with her and took their time to listen to what she had in mind for her nails. I received a pedicure and my feet for once don’t feel so pregnant.

Very nice and relaxing atmosphere. The girl who did my nails was wonderful and really helpful when I had questions. I was having a pedicure and manicure and both were just fantastic. I would (and will!) go back in a heart beat. The girl who checked me in was very nice too. I like that you pay when you get there so you don’t have to worry about messing up your nails. Definitely give this place a try!

I have been going to Polished for over 10 years. What started out as a fantastic salon with phenomenal customer service has just become average with terrible wait times. I actually preferred when they didn’t accept appointments, that way everyone had an equal opportunity to get in. Now, they staff to cover appointments with no consideration for walk-ins. Sad to say, I’ve just made my last visit to what was once my favorite salon.

great atmosphere and professional employees, but when paying $30 for a pedicure, I expect to get my callous removed but that is an extra $8.00. No massage chairs and you have to step down from the chairs which is a little difficult for clients with hip/knee issues. It is difficult to get an appointment but the wait for a drop in is usually not quite as long as you are told.

Very disappointed with Polished. After a long hiatus I returned here because they do a great job with their nail services. I discovered that they’ve remodeled and there no longer are massage chairs at any of their pedicure stations. For me the massage was just as important as the pedicure. Sadly I won’t be back but if you don’t care about the massage, then I recommend them.

Polished is a great natural nail salon; however is it extremely difficult to be seen as a walk-in client, and it seems like appointments need to be made pretty far in advance. The past few times I have walked in I was quoted at minimum a 1 hour wait, and most recently a 2+ hour wait. I’ve left disappointed by the wait times and taken my business elsewhere so much that I’m provably going to stop trying to go to Polished all together.
