I’m not sure why there are so many bad reviews. I walked in with my mom and daughter and they happily took us. Wait wasn’t terrible, they did a great job. Not only that but extremely kind and sweet people. There was an elderly man there and they made sure he was well taken care of. 100% would go back happily.

I bought a gift certificate from Polished@Greenridge for my daughter. My daughter wanted to get it done on Sunday which was the day before school started. Polished @Greenridge was closed. So she called polished @Pelham Since they were open on Sunday. She asked before making the appointment if she could use the gift certificate from polished @Greenridge. Polished on Pelham said yes that they could since they are the same business. After the pedicure they said that they are not the same business and they could not accept the gift certificate. So my daughter had to pay out of her own pocket. I called and spoke with someone there and they said they would never do that that my daughter must be mistaken . Of course when my daughter made the appointment on Wednesday for days in advance if they said they would not accept the gift certificate she obviously would not have made the appointment. Please do not use polished on Pelham. Terrible service terrible job with the pedicure and lied about the gift certificate so they could get the business.

Came in with my mom and sister and I got acrylics and my mom got dip. My nails turned out very poorly shaped, uneven, and bulky. My moms nails were not even close to the color she wanted, and her nails turned out super lumpy. I do not recommend this place and we will not be returning. I have gone here multiple times for pedicures and am always thrilled with my experience. Very friendly technician and a fantastic pedicure that I always feel they go the extra mile for. They’ve also been extremely clean and protective after reopening after Covid shutdown!

So my nails look absolutely beautiful I love the color. The only reason I didn’t give 5 star is because the young lady who did my nails was so rough! My fingers are incredibly sore and my cubcicle is torn.. But she was very nice, everything else truly was great. I will just ask for someone else next time.

Was In town for work and need my nails done. Call this place for prices. When I got there the environment was so laid back and nice just how I like it. When it for a new set of dip set. The guy who did me nails did an amazing job. Didn’t feel rush and got exactly what I wanted. Couldn’t be more happier will definitely be back whenever I’m in town.

I’ve now had two terrible experiences here. I keep going back because it’s very close to my house and when you get the right person, it’s ok. But unfortunately, I would not recommend the majority of the technicians here. Today I went in for a gel manicure. Everything was fine until the polish. I like my nails short, so I have them cut each time. She polished my whole finger with the clear polish. I thought for sure she’d clean it up after. When we were done I asked if she could clean the clear polish off my fingers. She took a nail file and started filing my finger. I immediately told her that hurt and asked if we could use acetone instead. She told me no, and that it was my fault because my nails are so short. She told me to go home and shower and scrub and it would eventually come off of my fingers. Not to mention they charge $36 for a gel mani which is more than other local salons.

Very disappointed in the service we received today. My 14 year old daughter took me for mother’s day and was not very pleased with the quality of the manicure. The nail tech kept pushing a gel manicure saying that a regular manicure was only good for 24 hours. They rushed through the manicure and did not use hand lotion or even cuticle oil on our cuticles. Felt like they really didn’t care since we were only getting a 24 hour manicure (according to her words). Truely took away from the fun experience my daughter was treating us to.

They took over an hour to start my nails and the entire time spoke to me twice to let me know that it would be “5 more minutes”, while I sat and watched all them stand around and speak in the back. They were called out by one other customer but continued to ignore everyone. That’s until a regular walked in and left within 30 minutes completely done with their services. They were very slow and very rude to me the moment I walked in the door and did not bother to at least try to get to me as soon as possible. They also did not clean the area before moving me into the past customers spot. Then left me in that spot for another 30 minutes alone with no word on when I would get my nails done.

I went to get a French manicure set with gel polish and paid $50. I asked them how much a fill in was they said it was $19. Three weeks later I go and get a fill-in and He was almost done and then he said that they have regular polish for 10 extra dollars or jail polish for 20 extra dollars and it was $30. I got home that night and my right hand everyone of them has already chipped. I think for $30 it’s not worth it. A lady came in when I was almost done and They asked her if she wanted water, both times I was there I’ve never got offered anything to drink.
