Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueThe manager was very rude . Not answering properly. She did not even cut or clean the nails before applying the extensions. The manager was very rude . Not answering properly. She did not even cut or clean the nails before applying the extensions. This is one of worst places to get nails. Not the best for the money you pay. While filing she scraped my skin too and when I asked to slow down, she started arguing. I have got done better nails than this. For 48$ I was not satisfied with the pathetic customer service

Love this place!! Been going here for several years to get pedicures. Everyone is very sweet, and not chatting back and forth with each other in another language, that always makes me feel uncomfortable in other places. Everyone who has done my pedicure has always been very nice! I read a lot of reviews about the owner being rude, I don’t see it that way, I think that she is very nice and may come off as direct. People need to get over themselves! Would definitely recommend them for a great pedicure! Prices are very reasonable for what you get compared to other places!

Never going back. Worst manicure/powder dip ever and over priced. She didn’t work on all my cuticles and the “one” she did do she cut me. Ended up with 2 different nail colors. I don’t believe this person knew what she was doing. The pedicure was nice (different person) until the women who did my manicure placed my shoes on after I asked if my toe nails were dry. I then had to go back the next day to have those fixed.

Mixed feelings about this salon. The employee personalities vary from pleasant and friendly to no personality at all. The interior is clean and nicely organized, but the prices are far more expensive than nearby nail salons that offer the same quality services.

We used to use this salon regularly for YEARS, before the management turned over in 2022. I’m sorry to say the “spa” pedicure I paid for, really did not have much more to it in terms of massage, then a regular pedi. It felt a bit rushed through (the owner is the one who did it). She cut my toes (scraped the cuticle skin repeatedly, which bled & scabbed the next few days), and I am not a sensitive person. Generally speaking, I didn’t like the experience, and haven’t gone back. And my daughter who also used to get her nails done there for years, does not go there either. It was my impression that the new owner really wants to do lashes(?). I wouldn’t recommend for nail services.

Not the best place they didn’t change the towel after the person before me left. So I just sat there with another persons nail clippings on the towel I was putting my hands on. Also they did a sloppy job of doing dip powder nails as you can see in my photos. Also they didn’t give me lotion after they did my nails. Every nail salon I’ve been to gave me lotion. You can see on my photos that after I washed with soap the nail powder on my SKIN did not wash off and they didn’t even clean under my nails. On top of that they were really expensive

Overpriced. Charged me 48$ for my 9 year old to have her nails painted! My pedicure was cheaper. Very unsatisfied with my pedicure. Worst I have ever had. Looks like my 9 year-old daughter did it for me! When I tried saying something to the gentleman who lookedlike the owner….. So rude. I will not ever return
