Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI went to get a new set of nails and he took them off with a nail clipper and another acrylic nail to pry the old set off. As he was cutting them off he cut my thumb nail way to short to where it was very painful. I told him to go easy and that he cut it to short and that it hurt and he disregarded my request. When he went to put the new set on this is how it looked. I wanted pink and was given purple and I wanted coffin shaped and this is how it turned out. All In all very displeased. They charged 15 extra dollars for taking the nails off. I went to get a new set of nails and he took them off with a nail clipper and another acrylic nail to pry the old set off. Had my nails done and not even a week after they started popping off and when I went back I showed them. They fixed them for free and 2 days later they started popping off again not to mention they were not rounded or fixed so they wouldn’t pull my hair when I went to get them to fix the problem I was told that all nails pull your hair when you run hands threw your hair and that all acrylic is lumpy would not recommend to anyone hands down the worst nail salon I have ever been to dont go here unless you want to waist your time and money

Male who did my full set was not looking at my hands half the time he was working and did not attempt to speak to me at all. Color was on skin around the nails when he was done & I had to ask the female to clean off the excess polish. Full set broke in 3 days; came back to ask for it to be repaired & with only one other customer in the shop was told I’d have to wait an hour.

I called at 9:30 am to schedule an appointment for my wife to get her nails done because we are going on a cruise…so I asked if 6 was good and I was told yes…come in at 6. Well my wife was there before 6 and there was 2 people there working and 5 other people ahead of her…and they told her she would have to wait! No! if I schedule an appointment at 6 my wife should be seen at 6 no excuses…polished nails will not get our business now or ever.

Awesome service, clean and comfortable. They take their time with your nails and make sure they are to your liking. They provide a huge selection of gel polishes and acrylics.They also have amazing pedicures and provide you with a beverage of choice! Definitely the go to nail salon in Burk!

My wife and mother went for a pedicure, no on there spoke a single word to them other than asking them to pick out a color. But would have a conversation with others waiting while doing theirs. Very rude and not worth the price. Won’t ever be returning.
