Had a previous dip removed and my nails shaped/filed. My hands are still pretty covered in the previous color and I thought $25 for this service was quite high since they didn’t even paint my nails or put on a drop of lotion. I don’t think I’ll be going back sadly. Manicure

I thought when you get a medi you would get your hands soaked in water like everywhere else does so you can do what you need to do to your nails. That is the way I was taught when I went to beauty school. I was taught to never do nothing to your nails without soaking them first.

I got manicure done on Wednesday October 9th and after left the town for a trip. I even didn’t wash dishes for this couple weeks and didn’t do any house cleaning. So after less than 2 weeks I have chips on my nails. I was upset just after I’ve got it done (look at the pic) but I decided, that’s ok. But usually dip stays for 4 weeks on my nails and this manicure was bad in the beginning.

Everyone there was so friendly, welcoming and very professional. I had a manicure w/dip, a pedicure w/shellac and a massage. Definitely would recommend this spa and these ladies, Kiki and Kelly. I will be back.

Critical: PunctualityI had a 2:00 appt with Lauren for a manicure and a 2:30 appt with Edina for a brow wax today. Arrived at 1:55. She was with another customer. I waited until 2:25 and asked her how much longer. She claimed another 5 mins. I asked her how long my manicure with french polish would take. She said about an hour. Why would they have scheduled my brow wax 30 mins after my manicure if it takes an hour for a manicure. I had to be somewhere at 3:00 so I left with neither service done. i never actually made it there as a customer. we had spoken with the manager. assistant manager and another woman to reserve and verify. we had a group of 27 they said they needed atleast 20 to reserve the building for 4 hours for a group event. they said it was no problem and we called back to verify a couple week after that still no issues. they said they would give us a call to verify once it got a little closer. i called 3 weeks prior and the assistant manager told me she knew what i was talking about but they did not have anything written down. she got my name and number (again) and said she would call me back that same day around 330. i never heard back from anyone. i cant say how good or bad their services are but their scheduling and customer service is sub par.

I also was hoping for cuticle care for my hands and feet after 6 months of zero salon care and bshe barely did anything. The foot massage was like lazy petting. I pretty much feel like a child worked on me based on the quality. There was also trash talking about customers while I was there. I also was hoping for cuticle care for my hands and feet after 6 months of zero salon care and bshe barely did anything. The foot massage was like lazy petting.
