Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI got my nails done on July 6th, a new full set. Nail tech did not listen to the design i wanted put gems on my ring finger and after asked if i wanted them like that after she had already put my nails in the blue light. The last few days the gems had all fallen off and today July 9th my ring finger nail COMPLETELY CAME OFF. The acrylic nail AND my nail bed. I called and asked for a refund he refused and said they would fix it. I will never let them touch my nails again, i’ve been doing them for years and have never had this happen to them. Nail tech did not listen to the design i wanted put gems on my ring finger and after asked if i wanted them like that after she had already put my nails in the blue light. My manicure and pedicure came out nice. No complaints there. However they charged me $42 for my daughter’s manicure and pedicure. She’s 5 years old. I should have done my due diligence ahead of time. That is way too expensive for a child manicure/pedicure.

No pricing posted anywhere in salon. Techs are making up prices as they wish Charged me $66 for an acrylic fill and gel nail polish. Absolutely over priced. Everywhere else in town is $35 – $40. Unfathomable. Will never return to this place will never recommend.

I use to love this salon, but some recent staffing changes have really lowered the quality of service. I made a reservation for a specific nail tech. I wasn’t told until I arrived for my appointment that the nail tech I had been seeing for almost a year had recently left. Ok, not a huge issue.

Very friendly staff! My pedicure looks great! My manicure however (tips with a dip – french manicure) is uneven and I’m a bit disappointed. And yes…it’s winter and my hands and cuticles are very dry. Lol
