unfriendly costumer service. had to wait an hour before scheduled appointment. Payed $70 for these nails and they look like trash. not shaped or applied neatly at all. they didn’t clean up my cuticle area leaving them looking unclean. didn’t have a wide range of colors to select from.

Took my daughter here for a mom and daughter day. Very satisfied with our experience. The technicians (I had Kim for my pedicure, and Cindy for my dip nails) were both great! The place is very clean, with good ventilation. (I’ve been to other nail salons where the strong smell of chemicals (?) linger in the air). I would definitely come back. I highly recommend them!

By far the worst experience I have had. Very unpleasant and unprofessional customer service especially when they realize you’re only doing regular polish not gel polish. She not only cut them too short when I said I don’t want them too short, the whole shape was wrong. When I voiced my frustration, I was told I should have said something earlier when I did. My nails look like trash. And I didn’t even get an apology. I would have given zero stars if there was an option. So unrecommended!

First service was decent as a result went for second service which is dip clean up and to redo nails again. They suggested something else and for me its all new but i wanted to try. I tried it I wasn’t happy and asked for removal of it they removed it however the lady offering the service was so unfriendly and She made my cuticle bleed and charged me 50. Totally unfriendly experience. Completely opposite to the first visit experience and will never visit.
