So this place is okay if you live near by and need something done for quick convenience purposes, eyebrows maybe a pedicure there services are okay for just that. However as of recently I went for my eyebrows when I went to check out the owner rushed me to sign my receipt and was demanding that i have to leave a tip she also tried to pressure me into giving more in amount for a tip. let me just leave this here we are not obligated to give a tip the definition of a tip is if we are satisfied with our services but also let the customers decided if that’s something they want to do.

This place is the epitome of a hood nail salon. The staff are extremely rude and unprofessional. Plus, their work is extremely mediocre. This is a classic case of “you get what you pay for.” The last time I was in they set me up for a pedicure and one woman started me then stops and says, “I forgot I had another client, so give me 15 minutes.” I waited longer than 15 minutes and then someone else started working on me. Then, in the middle of the pedicure she STOPPED TO DO SOMEONE’S EYEBROWS! She didn’t even say anything to me! She just stopped and signaled a woman to come back to the waxing room! Then she came back, didn’t even apologize, and continued the pedicure. It took SO long just for a damn pedicure. At least during the manicure I had her full attention. But, it doesn’t even matter because after a week everything started peeling (I got gel on my toes and hands. Gel shouldn’t start peeling so quickly). I hate this place and their staff. They have no idea how to run a business. Never again. I’d rather support a fellow Latina nail tech that actually cares about her clients and can actually communicate with me.

Worst customer service ever. The owner was intimidated by a customer who was aggressive about not waiting. So she made me wait for eyebrows and and a manicure even though I was already there 45 minutes and finished my pedicure. The owner is unprofessional and does not staff properly. When I expressed I had to leave and that was poor business she told me the other women needed her mustache waxed so I had to wait for eyebrows the owner is truly an idiot. Even though this is a good location for me to go on saturdays, I will not be returning.

The woman who did my manicure was extremely unfriendly. From the moment she was told by the owner (manager?) to do my nails, she acted like I was the last person in the world who she wanted to be dealing with… UNTIL I gave her the tip – I tip a lot at a nail salon after the expose on how the workers are treated. So I guess that made her smile like an idiot. But that was the only time she smiled during the time I was there.
