My first and last time at this place. They cut me while trying to trim my finger nails. She was very rough and seemed to be rushing. She left pointy edges on my nails. I do not recommend this place. They deserve zero stars.

My Mother went for a pedicure appointment, and the owner refused service and kicked us out of the store because we came with my nephew who is on the Autism spectrum. This is in clear violation of Title III of the Americans with Disabilities Act which states, “Public accommodations must comply with basic non-discrimination requirements that prohibit exclusion, segregation, and unequal treatment”. I chose to not make a scene at the time, but I would like everyone to know the type of discriminatory business practices that Polished Nail is conducting. My Mother went for a pedicure appointment, and the owner refused service and kicked us out of the store because we came with my nephew who is on the Autism spectrum. My first and last time at this place. They cut me while trying to trim my toe nails. She grabbed my skin from my toe next to the one she was trimming. How does that even happened. She finished my pedicure in less than 10 minutes poor service. Left pointy edges on my toe nails. I also did a manicure deep powder my nails look like I have air bubbles in them. They deserve a no star. I do not recommend this place.

DO NOT COME HERE IS A RIP OFF!!!! I came to get a full set and gel pedi 105 had the nerve to ask for a tip. After a week my nails lifted I called Yvonne and she said to go over. She claims i never told her it had been a week. She said after 3 days I have to pay. She began to give me attitude so I gave her attitude back. How can these people be in business. Over price, bad attitude and cheap products. Never again.

I give them a two stars because they did a decent job on my nails. Overall, my experience was okay. The staff don’t really take their time, and rush on your nails to accommodate other clients. Their prices are extreme for what they do to your nails. I got a gel manicure and a gel pedicure my total came out to $72. I don’t mind paying this much if I’m getting nails with designs, but just a pedi and mani this price is ridiculous.

Had a gel manicure and pedicure that was recommended because it would last “longer”. At first everything was perfect till after 4 days one of the nails started peeling and cracking. I paid $55 + tip for a job that didn’t even last a week. Went back to get it fixed after being questioned and laughed at. God knows what they were saying amongst them but they were all laughing when I was called over. Definitely won’t be going back there again 🙁
